REFUND POLICY
7-day refund window on Blueprint and Pocket Node Pro. If it's not what you expected, email [email protected] within 7 days for a full refund. No questions, no friction.
Assessment and Migration services are non-refundable once work begins, but we'll make it right if the deliverable doesn't match the scope. If we scoped it, we own it.

We provide infrastructure guidance, tools, and hands-on help. Your results depend on your hardware, network, and implementation. We don't guarantee specific cost savings, uptime, or performance numbers for your environment. What we guarantee is that we'll give you the same stack we run ourselves.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION
