Privacy Policy

We don't track you. We believe in data sovereignty. That's not a marketing line — it's the reason this company exists.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Ghost membership stores your email address when you subscribe. That's it. No behavioral tracking, no pixel fires, no third-party analytics scripts. We don't know what pages you visit, how long you stay, or what you click. We chose not to know.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Stripe handles all transactions for Blueprint, Assessment, and Pocket Node Pro purchases. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We receive only a confirmation that payment was successful and the email associated with the transaction.

COOKIES

Ghost sets a functional session cookie for logged-in members. No advertising cookies. No tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner needed because there's nothing to consent to.

EMAIL

If you subscribe, you receive Zero Cloud Tax Briefings and product updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We don't sell, rent, or share your email list. Ever. Your inbox is sovereign territory.

YOUR DATA

Want your data deleted? Email [email protected]. We'll remove your membership record within 48 hours. No hoops, no retention tricks, no "are you sure?" dark patterns.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The complete list of external services that touch your data:

  • Ghost — self-hosted on our infrastructure, not Ghost Pro cloud
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Cal.com — scheduling for Assessments and Discovery Calls

That's the full list. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no HubSpot, no Intercom. We run our own stack because we tell you to run yours.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Every AI prompt you send to a cloud provider becomes data you don't control. We built Zero Cloud Tax on the principle that your data should stay yours. Our privacy practices reflect that same standard. If we wouldn't trust a cloud provider with our data, we're not going to ask you to trust us with yours unnecessarily.
